By accessing or using Tobiah, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Purpose of the App

• Tobiah provides hormone health information and product scanning services
 • Content is for informational purposes only and not medical advice

2. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate information
 • Users are responsible for maintaining account security

3. Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat
 • For the yearly subscription plan, each user is allowed one free trial. If you have already used a free trial for Tobiah, you may not be eligible for another trial and may be charged the full subscription price at the time of purchase.
 • Subscription prices, promotional offers, and introductory discounts are shown at the time of purchase and may vary by plan, region, and over time. If you accept an introductory or promotional price, your subscription may renew at the regular price shown in the App Store subscription terms after the promotional period ends unless you cancel before renewal.
 • By subscribing and using Tobiah, you acknowledge that the price you pay may differ from what another user pays (for example, due to promotions or plan changes) and that future renewals are subject to the then-current price and terms displayed by Apple at renewal.
 • Cancellation policies apply as per subscription terms

4. Intellectual Property

• All content is owned by Tobiah
 • Users may not reproduce or distribute content without permission

5. Prohibited Uses

• Users may not use the app for illegal purposes
 • Users may not attempt to reverse engineer the app

6. Disclaimers

• Tobiah is not a substitute for professional medical advice
 • We do not guarantee the accuracy of all information

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tobiah is not liable for: direct damages, indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, data loss, revenue loss, health outcomes, decisions based on app content

8. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tobiah from any claims arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

• Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.
